Madina Group was founded in 1948. It stated its business Operations in the field of trading in Edible Oils and Ghee. With the Passage of time the Group kept expanding and also ventured into the industrial sector. In 55 years Group has grown into a large size Group of Industries. It has established a reputed and respected name in the business community of Pakistan. The Group is a fast expanding and forward looking. Today, it comprises of two main division s- Madina Group of Industries and Madina Foundation (Trust).
The Group has industrial units in the Sugar, Textile and Edible Oils sectors operating in different parts of Pakistan. Our companies are private limited. Besides, we also have two Trading Companies.
Our experience and expertise in the Edible Oils industry is spread over more than half a century. We are marketing edible oil products including soap under our own brand name. Kisan Edible Oil, Kisan Vegetable Ghee and Sunflower Cooking Oil are our famous brand names in Edible Oil/Ghee Industry.
We have two independent integrated units of edible oil (Madina Enterprises Ltd and Faisalabad Oil Refinery (Pvt) Ltd), each comprising of a Solvent Extraction Plant, Physical Refinery, Fractionation Plant, Soap/ Detergent Plant and Packaging Plant. We manufacture our own Packing material including Tin containers, Plastic bottles, buckets etc in which we pack and market our edible Oil / ghee and its various products.
In 2004 the Group set up a Physical Refinery for Oils. This is the most modern edible oil refinery of Asia. In 2006, the Group set up another Sugar Mills having capacity of 8000 tons/day.
The Group is in process of setting up an integrated Steel Mills (comprising Of Steel Melting Furnace, Continuous Casting Plant and Rolling Mills) in Faisalabad and this Mill will start its function in the end of this year. This will be the first Industry of its kind in District Faisalabad. Besides meeting the local Demand of steel in this progressive scenario of the country it will also generate Jobs and livelihood directly/indirectly for over 2000 families.
The Group has extensive experience of over 50 years in setting up/Building, operating, and managing various small, medium and large size Industrial units. |
